Analyst, Hotel Level Marketing – Agency Solutions (Bilingual - Spanish/English) Remote work is available with preference for remote candidates in the US, Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil, or hybrid in McLean, VA or Addison, TX. Overview As an Analyst on Hilton's Americas Marketing team—reporting to the Manager, Hotel Level Marketing Agency Solutions—you will be part of the broader Commercial Services organization. You will collaborate with revenue management, sales, and analytics to deliver profitable growth and help shape our in-house marketing agency by managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive commercial performance. This strategic role blends creativity, digital marketing expertise, and data-driven execution, managing a portfolio of hotels and improving paid media strategies within the Hotel Level Marketing Program. What You Will Do Strategic Hotel Partner: Manage a portfolio of hotels aligned by market, acting as a marketing advisor and crafting tailored paid media strategies. Campaign Strategy, Execution, and Optimization: Provide budget/investment recommendations; translate analytics data into actionable insights; lead multi-channel campaigns including paid search, paid social, metasearch, and more. How You Will Collaborate With Others Meet with hotels in your portfolio to communicate campaign performance, risks, and opportunities. Serve as the central liaison between the hotel, agency partners, and Enterprise partner teams. What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of Program Innovation & Advocacy: Understand hotel needs and identify opportunities for program evolution. Minimum Qualifications One (1) year of professional work experience in paid media. Experience in Meta and Google Ads, including campaign strategy and optimization across Search, Display, and Video, with understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurement. Travel 20%. Useful If You Have Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Experience working within Salesforce and Adobe Analytics. Professional certifications from Google and Meta. Marketing or media agency background with hands-on account management. Located remote in US, Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil; hybrid in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX.
