Job Overview Assembly Level 2 – Honeywell (Redmond, WA). Responsible for assembling and testing components and products per engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Works as part of a team and reports to the Assembly Supervisor. Shift & Pay 1st shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Hourly pay range: $23.99–$30.00. Final offer considers scope, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings and instructions. Inspect and verify the accuracy of assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications 1+ years of manufacturing experience. English fluency (speaking, reading, writing). Comfort and ability to utilize a microscope. Experience using precision hand tools and assembly under a microscope. Ability and comfort working in a cleanroom. We Value Technical degree (not required) or technical background. Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity. Experience using precision hand tools. Electrostatic discharge device experience. Computer literacy. Ability to analyze information and concepts. Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
