If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want meaningful work, youll find a home here.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.Process vendor and subcontractor invoices: review, verify, and enter accurately and timely.Prepare and send customer invoices for completed servicesCoordinate with subcontractors/vendors to resolve discrepancies and collect required documentation (e.g. W-9s, certificates of insurance, lien waivers).Prepare weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) and biweekly payroll runs.Support month-end close: help with reconciliations, internal reports, ensuring all entries and documentation are in place.Maintain audit-ready financial records and supporting documentation.Collaborate with project management, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accounting data is accurate and coordinated.
