· Offline CNC programming for 3-5 axis mills. 2D and 3D surface milling is
required

· Offline CNC programming for Lathes

· Support shop floor setups and knowledge transfer

· Create documentation for the shop floor including tooling lists and setup
sheets

· Document standard machining and CNC setup practices

· Design work-holding fixtures

· Translate CAD files

· Monitor and inspect parts throughout process.

· Maintain clean and safe working environment.

· Observe MCT quality and safety procedures.

· May provide training to other team members.

· Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of
information and solving technical issues

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
  required.
• Demonstrated ability to program using CAD/CAM
  software, Vero SURFCAM or Autodesk Powermill experience is preferred
• The ability to read blueprints and execute shop
  math.
• Complete work in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Proficient understanding of G-code
• Proficient understanding of Geometric Dimensioning
  and Tolerancing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team
  environment
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential
  information
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
• Must read and write English

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate degree in a relevant field and/or other
  technical certification or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years minimum experience in Robot CNC
  programming
• Ability to program mill-turn or live spindle lathes
• Proficiency with Vector mathematics
• Ability to edit and create CAM Post Processors
