Your Role & Impact As a Community Outreach Worker, you’ll be a frontline ambassador for TrueCare, responsible for engaging with underserved populations and connecting them to essential health services. You’ll coordinate and attend community events, distribute educational materials, and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to promote health awareness and increase patient enrollment. Your work will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve. What We’re Looking For Associate degree in healthcare or related field, or 2 years of equivalent experience in outreach, healthcare, or customer service Knowledge of local community-based agencies Availability to work outside of standard hours (e.g., evenings, weekends) Strong public speaking and presentation skills Ability to build relationships across diverse populations Bonus points if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) or have experience conducting health screenings and community presentations!
