Job Description-Construction Safety Coordinator

• Ensure compliance with safety programs, client requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., EM 385-1-1).
• Assist the superintendent in managing safety plans, emergency protocols, and safety systems.
• Participate in safety and quality processes, including hazard analysis reviews and inspections.
• Conduct routine safety audits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support regulatory inspections (e.g., OSHA) and incident response, including investigations and claims reporting.
• Monitor safety performance across all teams and subcontractors.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Safety emphasis preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum 2 years of field experience on large commercial projects ($50M+).
• Proficiency in Excel, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Safety certifications.
• Experience in data center construction.
• Electrical and fire safety knowledge.

Compensation (direct-hire): $70,000-78,000 base salary
