GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Director, Supply Chain & Logistics Systems is responsible for shaping business technologies and processes in these key functions to improve operating efficiency, automation, and business outcomes. Reporting to the Sr Director, Digital Business Transformation, this role fuses the needs of the business with the expertise of the IT department. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  1. Provide thought leadership on best practices / emerging technologies for the Supply Chain, Order to Cash & Logistics functions.
  2. Partner with leaders and practitioners within each function to enhance day-to-day work through people development, process improvement, and technology.
  3. Execute against the identified business priorities, such as touchless P2P, supplier diversity, maverick spend control, contract lifecycle management, enterprise risk management, and more.
  4. Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare, leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required.
  5. Function as Supply Chain & Logistics workstream lead for upcoming SAP S/4 migration OR have significant change management / project management leadership to play a lead role in the overall S/4 program.
  6. Partner with the IT COE to embed data and analytics in business operations and align software and process solutions to D&A architecture and best practices for data-driven organizations.
  7. Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk when partnering with suppliers and deploying software.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in related field.


Experience:

  • 8+ years as a systems deployment/support leader for business software solutions of Supply Chain, Order to Cash & Logistics functions OR similar experience in global process owner business roles leading system deployments.
  • Driven large-scale transformation and change management within the Supply Chain, Order to Cash & Logistics functions.
  • Led the functional design of Supply Chain workstream during multiple implementations of SAP ECC; SAP S/4 preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS and on-premise software solutions such as Logility Demand/Supply forecasting, Blue Yonder TMS, Fourkites Yard Management, SAP EWM, etc.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in CPG / Manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to advocate for change while remaining flexible to stakeholder needs and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Self-directed with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities and internal customers.


Salary: $185,000 - $195,000 per year (depending on experience) + bonus
