Job Description

Job Title

You are responsible for the processing of fiberglass by operating and monitoring technical equipment, machines, and systems.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Machine setup according to specified production instructions
  • Independent assurance of quality requirements
  • Careful observation of the running production in order to detect malfunctions at an early stage
  • Correction of minor malfunctions and support for major repairs
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace, as well as care of technical equipment, machines, and systems for safety and quality reasons
  • Packaging and documentation of the goods according to the applicable requirements
  • Shift handover

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Manufacturing software.

Certificates and Licenses: Driver's License Required.
