Job Title: General Production Worker

Location: Boulder, CO

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay Rate :$25/hour

Schedule:

• Sunday–Thursday, OR Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, right now working 60 hours a week on average.
• Will eventually go into rotating 3-4-4-3 schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, this is not official yet.
• YOU WILL BE WORKING WEEKENDS, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker to join a dynamic team in a hands-on, outdoor production environment. This entry-level role involves a variety of physical tasks and offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel rock and assist with equipment maintenance
• Operate sweepers and wash scrubbers to maintain clean work areas
• Run clinkers for screening and crushing operations
• Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant
• Support clay feed operations in the clay shed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all production zones
• Grease equipment throughout the facility

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in general labor or production work
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift (up to 60 lbs), and climb up to 60 feet
• Comfortable working in varied outdoor conditions (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with aggregate materials
• Equipment operation experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
