General Production Worker 2nd & 3rd Shift | $22$30/hr
Location: Washington, MO
Shifts Available: 2nd or 3rd
Pay Range: $22/hr $30/hr
Collaborate with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials.
Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components.
Rotate through various production tasks to support workflow.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Willingness to learn and take on different roles within the team.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Dependable work ethic and a positive attitude.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Experience in fast-paced, physically demanding work (or willingness to learn).
Team-oriented mindset.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.
The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
