General Production Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as warehouse workers. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. We have openings for both 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to package items efficiently.
• Communicate with supervision to understand work demand and priorities.
• Read work orders in English to accurately pick parts.
• Stage products for shipment in an organized manner.
• Work independently to handle materials safely.
• Lift up to 50 pounds infrequently as part of the job.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours per day.
• Proficiency in reading work orders in English.
• Effective communication skills with team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in packing, inventory, production, and material handling.
• Familiarity with forklift operation, picking, general labor, and shipping.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Oakdale, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $34,000.00 - $48,000.00/yr. This position offers extensive benefits including a $1,500 sign on bonus, excellent medical dental and vision and a matching 401K.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Oakdale, PA.
