Following significant traction in EMEA and APAC, they are now scaling aggressively across the USand were looking for a Sales Leader to drive that next wave of strategic growth.

The Role

As their Sales Leader Strategic Growth (US) , you will operate as both a hands-on seller and a team builder . Youll drive new business with high-value clients in FinTech, Banking, and Professional Services while helping shape our go-to-market playbook and future sales organization in the region.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the US marketparticularly in FinTech, banking, and regulated professional services (e.g., legal, accounting, consulting).
  • Act as a player-coach: actively drive deals while mentoring future sales hires as we scale.
  • Build and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the companys global growth goals.
  • Engage senior decision-makers (CROs, CCOs, CIOs, Heads of Compliance, etc.) with a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver exceptional buyer experiences and client outcomes.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape messaging, product roadmap, and competitive positioning.

What Were Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including 2+ years in a leadership or player-coach role.
  • Deep knowledge of or exposure to RegTech, Compliance, Risk, or related SaaS domains.
  • Proven success selling to financial services, FinTech, and/or professional services clients in the US.
  • Existing network and executive-level relationships in East Coast financial hubs (e.g., NYC, Boston, Charlotte).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment.
