Were looking for an HR Generalist with an emphasis on recruitment and employee retention to join our growing HR team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while supporting general HR functions across the organization.What Youll Do:Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding.Partner with Directors to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.Screen, and coordinate the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company.Support general HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration as needed.Maintain HRIS and recruitment metrics, providing regular reporting and insights.Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verificationsPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.Handles employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to appropriate staff. Maintains knowledge of trend, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
