Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise job sites for new construction residential and commercial projects.
- Perform electrical rough-ins, troubleshooting, repairs, and finish-outs, including generator installations.
- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality results.
- Work independently or with a team, depending on project requirements.
- Ensure job site organization, safety compliance, and proper tool/equipment use.
- Represent Kilgore Electric LLC professionally in all client and team interactions.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of residential and commercial electrical experience.
- Proven ability to lead on the job site and foster team collaboration.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maintain endurance for a full workday.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
