\nCommercial Operations and Strategic Enablement (COSI) is the conduit between the business and the sales organization, enabling sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The Sales Network Optimization team minimizes cost to serve while prioritizing customer service levels – allowing the fulfillment of current demand and enable new business.\nKey responsibilities\n\n

\n\t
• Manage inventory including replenishments, local stock, new product introductions and expired product\n\t
• Perform check in and put away process for Orthopedic products including, but not limited to the following: scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers, ordering replacement parts, and sorting mixed sets\n\t
• Utilization of Move Medical as the central inventory management process\n\t
• Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval\n\t
• Train and follow standard operation and quality procedures and work instructions\n\t
• Performing cycle count and inventory reconciliation activities\n\t
• Assists in regular inventory inspection and perform safety and quality audits\n\t
• Adherence to training requirements, and health and safety regulations\n\t
• Implement schedule / policies/ and group guidelines\n\t
• Lead projects as required\n\t
• Flexible to other tasks as priorities shift\n

\n Qualifications:
\n Education: \n\n

\n\t
• Minimum High School degree and/or equivalent degree\n

\n\nExperience and Skills: \n Required: \n\n

\n\t
• 2-4 years of relevant inventory, warehouse work experience\n\t
• Strong computer skills and ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs to meet business needs\n\t
• Strong Communication skills\n\t
• Strong attention to detail working with inventory management\n\t
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems\n\t
• Experience preferred within any of the following areas: warehouse inventory picker, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service\n\t
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and proactive communication\n\t
• MS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)\n\t
• Flexibility to work a staggered work schedule covering Monday through Sunday shifts\n\t
• A willingness to accommodate changes in the schedule including working in other shifts as per operational needs is required (late or early start)\n\t
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Practices (GxP)\n
