Pay: $45-55/hr

Location: Arlington, WA

Shift: M-F 7a-3p

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor with strong

Planner/Scheduler experience to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure

optimal equipment performance across our aerospace manufacturing and testing

facilities. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to

drive reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Supervision

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors across multiple shifts.
  • Ensure timely execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor equipment performance and initiate improvements to reduce downtime.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA regulations).

Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align maintenance activities with operational priorities.
  • Track work orders, labor hours, parts usage, and equipment history to optimize planning.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
  • Collaborate with procurement to source tools, materials, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and vendor performance.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Support reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices, new technologies, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision within aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience with maintenance planning and scheduling using CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Certifications: PMP, CMRP, Six Sigma, OSHA 30.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and regulatory requirements.

  • May require occasional weekend or off-shift availability.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $47.00/hr.
