Job Description

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET technologies, modern JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, and Microsoft Graph API. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET, React or Angular, SQL, a solid understanding of architecture, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments. Experience with DevOps pipelines and AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot is desired. This role requires an innovative and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular). · Build and consume RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph API for integration with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. · Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures. · Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless, high-performance solutions. · Integrate applications with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services when required. · Utilize data analytics tools (such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau) to support reporting and insight generation. · Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables. · Apply secure coding practices and adhere to organizational and client standards. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. · Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI-driven development trends. Required Skills required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework. Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph API. Strong database design and development skills using Microsoft SQL Server. Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense). Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for design, performance, and scalability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills: Experience developing custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts or extensions. Familiarity with Azure Services and cloud-based integration patterns. Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in iterative development environments.
