Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead last-mile delivery and warehouse logistics for our U.S. operations. This role bridges strategic carrier management, warehouse performance optimization, and customer relationship support to ensure efficient and reliable fulfillment. You will play a critical role in scaling our logistics network, managing external vendor relationships, and driving performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage relationships with last-mile delivery carriers to ensure optimal service performance. Oversee the logistics operations of the Organization's overseas warehouse business, ensuring FedEx, UPS, and USPS capacity support and optimizing warehouse logistics efficiency (24-hour and 48-hour processing rates), resolving exceptions, and mitigating risks.
· Negotiate carrier contracts, rates, and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive efficiency and cost savings.
· Manage local U.S. customer interactions, generate leads, and handle external resource connections, negotiations, and service delivery.
· Engage with U.S.-based customers to generate leads, support service delivery, and expand accounts
· Monitor carrier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost per delivery.
· Implement and enforce compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and legal regulations for last-mile carriers.
· Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, customer service, and technology to improve last-mile delivery operations.
· Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for optimizing routes, reducing costs, and improving delivery times.
· Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks such as carrier disruptions, seasonal fluctuations, and capacity constraints.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in last-mile delivery solutions.
· Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations for the U.S. market, including supplier management, customer engagement, exception handling, and risk control.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
· 3+ years in last-mile logistics, 3PL, or transportation management
· Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
· Proficient in using logistics software (TMS, routing systems, real-time tracking tools)
· Data-driven, analytical mindset with attention to operational KPIs
· Excellent communication skills (English/Chinese bilingual a plus)
· Team leadership experience preferred
