Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and package medical device kits, including labeling, inspecting, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Accurately mix formulations by measuring and combining chemicals with water solutions.
• Operate basic machinery and handle product movement using carts and pallets.
• Maintain clean packaging stations and processing equipment, following PPE and contamination control protocols.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation such as batch records, inventory counts, and device history records.
• Perform quality inspections on in-process and finished products to identify and remove defects.
• Support inventory counts and participate in safety audits and discussions.
• Handle hazardous waste in compliance with safety procedures.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience

Skills & Certifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Good documentation practices
• Basic mathematical skills
• Familiarity with computers and general business software
• Ability to inspect and identify defective products

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required
