We’re seeking Manufacturing Packaging Assembly Workers to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for packing tickets into boxes and bags, labeling, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

This is a swing shift position (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) with training provided on day shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) .

Responsibilities:

• Verify game numbers and ensure serial numbers on tickets match.
• Inspect tickets for quality of color, printing, die cutting, and ream cutting.
• Check tickets and packaging for defects, smudges, stains, and other imperfections.
• Pack tickets randomly at established production rates.
• Read and follow instructions to ensure all materials are packed with games.
• Verify and pack final product with documentation into cases.
• Consistently meet established quality and production standards.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Good vision (close, color, and focus adjustments) with high concentration.
• Effective English communication skills—reading, writing, speaking, and following directions.
• Team player with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
