Policy Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a Cyberspace Policy Analyst, you'll bring your Joint Doctrine, Policy, and Strategy expertise to work on projects for USCYBERCOM. You'll monitor and review draft doctrine, strategy, policy, white papers, and other appropriate or applicable sources, and analyze and assist with making recommendations to ensure correctness and consistency. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, as part of joint missions.

You'll guide the work we do for USCYBERCOM and the solutions we deliver for strategic planning.

You Have:
    \n
  • 5+ years of experience as a Cyberspace Policy Analyst
  • \n
  • Experience in assisting with Joint Doctrine, Policy, and Strategy formulation
  • \n
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Policy, Military Strategy, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering
  • \n

  • Experience with a Joint or Combatant Command Staff
  • \n
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to articulate complex concepts
  • \n
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • \n
  • Completion of Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Level 1

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
