Summary Join a dynamic team as a Product Designer focused on innovative product experiences for enterprise SaaS and web applications. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior product leadership, translating low and high fidelity sketches into polished designs that enhance usability and visual appeal. Ideal for candidates with a visual design background and a strong portfolio, this position involves collaborating on design systems, wireframing, and mockup editing—using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Experience with mobile, web, and enterprise SaaS apps is highly valued. You will be challenged to think critically about user flows and prioritize tasks effectively, creating impactful designs that support business growth. Product Designer Pay: $130,000 base salary + $15,000 bonus Location: Hybrid – Uptown Dallas, TX Requirements 2+ years of product design experience, with a focus on SaaS and web applications Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions Experience working with design systems and wireframing Familiarity with enterprise SaaS product development and web app interfaces Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to interpret low/high fidelity sketches and enhance visual design quality Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop compelling designs that promote user adoption and self-service Translate sketches and wireframes into refined visual designs that elevate the user experience Maintain and evolve the internal design system, ensuring consistency across products Make iterative design improvements based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing Support the creation of prototypes, mockups, and visual assets for product presentations and marketing Prioritize and manage multiple design tasks, ensuring timely delivery Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Participate in design sprints, user research, and continuous improvement initiatives Benefits 100% paid medical benefits for employees and dependents 4% 401(k) matching program Generous PTO policy: 3 weeks initially, increasing to 4 weeks after one year, plus 10 paid holidays Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development Industries: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Prestige Staffing
