Job Title: Product Manager Banking & Mortgage (OnCourse Direct Platform)

Reports To: Sr. Director of Product Management, Financial Services

Role Summary

The Banking & Mortgage Product Manager owns the end-to-end learner and enterprise experience for Banking/Credit Union (BankWebinars) and Mortgage (OnCourse Learning) businesses - representing two of the company's most critical regulated verticals.

This role ensures the seamless delivery of continuing education, compliance, and licensing training experiences for both retail learners and enterprise clients. You will drive modernization of the webinar and course experiences, optimize the learner journey, and strengthen B2B partnerships through data, automation, and insight-driven features.

Success in this role requires balancing regulatory accuracy and enterprise enablement with innovation and learner engagement - ensuring both verticals grow profitably while benefiting from shared platform capabilities across commerce, content, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Alignment

• Define and execute the Banking & Mortgage product vision aligned to AOP goals: Grow the Core, B2B Expansion, and AI-First Platform Enablement.
• Own the roadmap for the combined verticals, ensuring clear prioritization between webinar modernization, adaptive learning, and enterprise compliance automation.
• Partner with GMs, PMMs, and Sales to identify growth opportunities through new products, bundling, and partner integrations.
• Connect roadmap initiatives to measurable business outcomes: learner pass rates, CE completion rates, renewal rates, and enterprise adoption.

2. Product Roadmap & Delivery

• Maintain a unified backlog for Banking & Mortgage, balancing LOB-specific needs with shared platform investments.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for webinar delivery, session selection, CE reporting, and adaptive learning capabilities.
• Partner with Learning Delivery on AI-driven course experiences, CE tracking, and content integration.
• Work with eCommerce and Identity teams to optimize purchase flows, enrollment, and seat assignment for B2B and B2C users.
• Lead sprint planning and refinement sessions with engineering and QA; validate deliverables against defined success metrics.
• Monitor learner and enterprise performance using analytics to inform continuous improvement.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the voice of the customer across both retail learners and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Compliance to address regulatory, reporting, and certification requirements.
• Conduct feedback loops with partners, institutions, and learners to validate roadmap priorities and measure satisfaction.
• Partner with PMMs and GMs to launch new product offerings and communicate roadmap updates.

4. Cross-Pod Collaboration

• Partner with Data & Insights to deliver fresh, accurate CE and licensing reports and to embed analytics in the admin experience.
• Collaborate with Identity & Admin on enterprise hierarchy, role management, and user provisioning.
• Work with Platform Core to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability during high-volume webinar or enrollment periods.
• Align with AI/Adaptive Learning teams to expand use of Rubi AI tutor and readiness diagnostics across courses.
