What You’ll Do
Responsible for departmental administrative assignments as assigned by Director of Sales.
Departmental “lead catcher”, including but not limited to evaluation, distribution, and entry of new business into sales software.
Works closely with Director of Sales and Director of Leisure Sales in scheduling site inspections, internal client/VIP logistics, coordinating and making guest reservations, and other internal projects as assigned.
Manages and facilitates all Sales & Events office clerical tasks including the creation of correspondence, database management and entry, internal meeting coordination, guest amenity execution and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1+ year of sales/admin experience in a luxury hotel setting
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with event booking software and MS Office
Ability to work flexible schedule as required
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in general computer knowledge
