Normal responsibilities including assisting in planning story assignments and layouts, assisting writers in the completion of their articles, writing articles and recruitment. Oversees and assists with the overall writing of the paper Meets weekly with section editors to discuss progress of the paper Attends weekly general staff meetings Maintains weekly-posted office hours in The Xavierite office. (6 hours per week) Meets and works with Section correspondents in generating story ideas Trains Section correspondents on InDesign and Photoshop Will upload final PDF copy of the paper to Park Press FTP if Editor in Chief is unable to Meets weekly with Xavierite webmasters to ensure that website has up to date information.
