Role: Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: Holtsville, NY
Salary: $85k-90k (depending on experience)

Seeking an  Accounts Receivable Manager . This position requires a proactive approach to managing accounts receivable functions while fostering a collaborative team environment. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be instrumental in driving the financial health of the organization through effective management of its receivables.
Duties

• Lead and supervise 2 accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage customer accounts, including payment processing, account reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct regular analysis of accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and develop strategies for collection.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring adherence to SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payment issues promptly.
• Train staff on best practices in financial concepts, negotiation techniques, and data entry accuracy.
