We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent QA Manager to join our thriving Manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to take the next step in their career and lead a team in ensuring the highest quality of our products. You will be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement, leading a dedicated team, and implementing strategic quality control initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent QA Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent and high quality production outcomes.
2. Developing and implementing a robust quality management system, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
3. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
4. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
5. Collaborating with other departmental managers to identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Training and mentoring team members on the latest quality control techniques and industry best practices.
7. Managing customer complaints and product non-conformities, ensuring prompt resolution and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
8. Preparing and presenting quality reports to the senior management team, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role within the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading a team.
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations relevant to the Manufacturing industry.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, other departmental managers, and customers.
7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
8. A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field would be highly regarded.
