We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to aid in the transformation of the tax function, including process automation and the adoption of global tax regulations.

The selected candidate will have experience in US consolidated returns within a publicly traded multinational corporation with exposure to ASC-740, indirect tax, and U.S. international tax. The selected candidate will have strong excel skills and proficiency in a variety of tax applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the execution of the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Tax department e.g., provision, compliance, transfer pricing, tax planning, tax technology, etc.
• Support the maintenance of the quarterly and annual consolidated tax provision and related footnote disclosures within OneSource Tax Provision.
• Assist in the maintenance of uncertain tax positions and valuation allowances.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with tax department internal controls.
• Participate in the preparation of technical tax memoranda to support tax positions.
• Participate in research and planning on various tax issues, including analysis of new tax laws and proposed legislation.

Qualifications

• Masters of Accounting, or similar educational background
• CPA Exam Eligible
• 3+ years combined experience with a public accounting firm and/or in a corporate tax department
• Strong proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision & OneSource Workpapers
• Familiarity with Alteryx and OneSource DataFlow preferred
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to details, time management skills, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group in a team environment
• Willing to work extended evening and weekend hours during reporting cycles, as necessary
