Warehouse Supervisor – Pick and Pack Order Fulfillment

Location: Zionsville

MONDAY to FRIDAY 11:00am to 8:00pm

Seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a pick and pack order fulfillment facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations , including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and manage workflows to meet fulfillment deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective stock management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Track key performance indicators ( KPIs ) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and productivity rates.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, logistics, and procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Handle staff scheduling and adjust labor needs based on order volume fluctuations.
• Troubleshoot any warehouse or fulfillment issues , resolving problems quickly to minimize delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a pick and pack or order fulfillment environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing technology.
• Experience with inventory management and shipping processes UPS. FEDEX, LTL, 3PL and more
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with warehouse software.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
