Job Description

Position: Python Developer (Gen AI ).

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design and develop advanced AI solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic AI workflows using n8n, along with strong expertise in Python frameworks such as LangChain.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Anthropic Claude using AWS Bedrock and boto3 .
• Fine-tune LLMs on AWS SageMaker using Transformers , LoRA , and other optimization techniques.
• Design and develop high-quality prompts using LangChain for improved LLM performance and workflow efficiency.
• Create scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using AWS OpenSearch and LangChain .
• Build and manage intelligent AI agents using CrewAI or Autogen , and deploy them on AWS Lambda .
• Implement end-to-end agentic AI workflows within n8n (e.g., using workflow templates similar to n8n.io/workflows/6270).
• Deploy applications with Docker on container platforms such as Amazon ECS and Amazon EKS .
• Monitor, track, and optimize system and model performance using Amazon CloudWatch and Weights & Biases (wandb) .

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience , including 2+ years working with GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Strong expertise in AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AWS Lambda, and boto3 for building and deploying AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Transformers , LangChain , CrewAI , Autogen , and Weights & Biases (wandb) for model development, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Experience in building n8n workflows , implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and performing advanced prompt engineering .

Preferred Skills:

• AWS Certifications such as Machine Learning Specialty or Solutions Architect.
• Familiarity with LlamaIndex , n8n templates , and other low-code AI orchestration tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience , including strong hands-on work in Python and cloud-based AI solutions.
